AVAILABILITY, ERRORS AND INACCURACIES
Any orders received by FootWorksMiami.com are confirmations of the order being placed and are not an indication of them being accepted or shipped. We try our best to keep items and pricing up to date and accurate. Unfortunately despite our best efforts there are instances where items may be listed incorrectly or inventory may not be completely accurate. As a result we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any order placed on our Site. FootWorks reserves the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time without prior notice. We apologize for any inconvenience.

RULES FOR PROMOTIONS
Any contests, raffles or other promotions (collectively, “Promotions”) made available through the FootWorksMiami.com and via any third parties may be governed by rules that are separate from the Terms & Conditions found on our site. If you participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules for that particular promotion as well as our Privacy Policy. Promotions cannot be combined with any other offers/discounts/clearance items. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with our Terms & Conditions, the Promotion rules will apply.

PAYMENT POLICY
Gift Cards: Gift cards are available for purchase on line in any denomination of $25, $50, $75 , $100 or $200.
Gift Cards are available for redemption on-line and at any of our two FootWorks locations. Gift cards may be redeemed by telephone order (305)-667-9322.
When you purchase your gift certificate regular shipping charges are added, as well as sales tax, if applicable.

Forms of Payment: Forms of Payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
(Billing address must be provided for every transaction and must match what the credit card company has on file at the time of purchase.)

Sales Tax: 7% Sales tax is collected on total merchandise orders delivered to: FL.

USE OF INFORMATION
You may receive regular updates from FootWorksMiami.com should you elect to do so, and from which you can be removed at any time. Any contact information provided is stored in a secure database and is not shared with outside parties.

FootWorksMiami.com will collect certain non-identifying information in order to better manage our site and continuously improve your shopping experience. This information (including link usage and page history) will be used to provide updates to FootWorksMiami.com and not shared with third parties. FootWorks is not responsible for any typographical errors.

SHIPPING
Orders are only processed for shipment Monday through Friday from 9am to 3pm Eastern Standard Time and most orders ship the same day if placed before 3 PM Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday provided the items are in stock. Some orders may require additional processing time and will ship within 48 hours Monday through Friday. If the merchandise ordered is on back order we will notify you via email of the projected ship date. We do not ship Internationally or to any P.O. Boxes. All orders must be shipped within the contagious U.S. only, extra service charges will apply if shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. International Customers can select a foreign billing address when making a purchase but they must select a domestic U.S. address that they would like to ship to. FootWorks reserves the right to cancel any order that is not shipping to the correct billing address that matches the credit card used in the transaction and there is no proof of verification. We also reserve the right to cancel any order that would be shipped to any kind of industrial park or warehouse. Orders will be subject to a delay in accordance to the following UPS observed national holidays:

STORE PICK-UP
All orders using the “pick up at local store” option must bring in a copy of their “Order Processed” email as well as valid form of ID in order to receive their merchandise.
