COVID-19 Store Update
As of Monday, May 18th, our store in open for customers with these guidelines: we are allowing the same number of customers to enter as employees working, and will have between 2-4 employees in the store to conduct treadmill analysis, suggest the best possible products and help customers try on shoes. In addition customers and employees must have face coverings and use hand sanitizer upon entering the store. We will have seating areas set up that respect the social distancing guidelines to ensure everyone’s safety.
If you can’t make it to the store in-person, there are multiple ways you can still shop local for your favorite running gear:
1. Shop our online store for your favorite shoes.
2. If you need some help with what shoes are right for you, call or email us.
3. Can’t seem to find your size on our site or need socks, nutrition, etc. — send an email firstname.lastname@example.org or call our store at 305-667-9322 to see how we can best serve you. Our store hours are here.

Monday – Wednesday: 9am to 4pm

Local Delivery Service
At FootWorks, we have always supported fitness as an important part of a healthy lifestyle. Now, more than ever, we all need to find ways to reduce our stress. We know many of you are running or walking alone or with family members, but need to replenish your gear and/or shoes. Why not shop local and we will provide prompt delivery?

2. We will offer product guidance, take your order over the phone and take payment by credit card
3. For a $10 delivery charge, we will deliver to your doorstep, within a 5 mile radius of our store in South Miami
Where are you Located?
Same location since 1976: at 5724 Sunset Drive in South Miami. Across from Barnes & Noble.
Where is there Convenient Parking?
Because of COVID-19, metered parking in South Miami is FREE! Take advantage of this added benefit and ease at shopping at our store. We will post info back on here (about parking locations) once the City decides to enforce parking rates again.
Do you offer Shipping or Curbside Pickup options?
Of course! Call us with your order and we will ship it out via UPS (shipping charges additional) or give us time to process your order then swing on by and pickup your order curbside.
What should I bring to get Fitted for Shoes?
Always helpful to bring the shoes you are currently using. We have try-on socks, or you can bring your own or purchase a new pair. We offer video gait analysis using the treadmill in the store, so bring comfortable clothing to run or walk with.
What’s the deal with the Water Cooler outside your store?
We have been “Miami’s Running Headquarters since 1976” and offer free training Fun Runs from the store every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30pm. We also believe in being part of your community, and offer fresh water every day to our neighbors, customers and people passing by our South Miami store.
What is your return policy?
If the shoes aren’t doing it for you, then please come back and see us. We want to keep you running and walking. If the shoes are preventing this from happening then we want to know.
