A gait analysis is an assessment of the way your body moves when running/walking. After recording a video of you running on the treadmill we will explain why a neutral or stability shoe would be best suited for you. We can also discuss proper run form and offer tips on how you can improve your form. Our goal is to get you into the right shoe and running injury free!
